Crescent is a platform dedicated to spiritual growth and community. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or impair the functioning of the service or the experience of other users.

All content included on the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Crescent or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crescent, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits.
